Our requested presentation is peach halves in light syrup in a 1.7 L glass jar. A smaller retail jar, a metal can, sliced fruit or a different syrup specification should be identified as an alternative rather than quoted as an exact match.
Send a technical sheet identifying the nominal jar capacity in liters, net weight, drained weight, ingredients, syrup concentration (°Brix), fruit grade or size, closure and declared shelf life. Photographs of the actual jar and label help us evaluate the presentation.
Manufacturing origin, capacity and container planning
Identify the manufacturer, packing facility and country of origin. If you are an exporter or distributor, explain your relationship with the producer and which supporting documents you can provide.
For the initial 10-container requirement, state the container type proposed, jars per case, cases per pallet and cases per container. Confirm production lead time and whether you propose one shipment or a staged loading schedule. Container size and loading dates remain to be agreed.
Canada destination and English/French labeling
The existing XTO request specifies Canada and bilingual English/French labeling. Include the proposed label artwork and explain your ability to prepare the required presentation for review with the importer.
The destination port, final artwork and shipment documents must be confirmed before an order proceeds. Listing Canada as the destination does not mean a supplier or label has already been approved.
