XTO provides B2B international sourcing and trade coordination. XTO does not represent that it owns farms, production facilities, vessels, warehouses, product inventory or lending facilities.
No guaranteed availability
Product references and opportunities are informational and subject to supplier qualification, verification, availability, commercial agreement and applicable law. No listing constitutes a binding offer.
Counterparty review
Buyers and suppliers remain responsible for their own due diligence, approvals, contracts, compliance obligations and professional advice.
Trade finance
XTO may coordinate potential trade finance solutions through qualified banking and financial partners. XTO does not lend money, approve credit or guarantee financing. External providers independently evaluate credit, define terms and approve or reject financing.
Confidential information
Users must not submit information they are not authorized to share. Counterparty identities, private pricing, margins, banking details and other confidential information may be subject to separate confidentiality obligations.
Commercial inquiries
Submitting a buyer requirement or supplier offer begins a qualification review. A submission does not create a contract, exclusivity, supplier status, purchase commitment, credit approval or guarantee of service.
