The requested product is soybean meal for animal feed. Identify the processing method and supply the technical sheet for the grade offered.
Where a requested minimum or maximum is expressed as a range, state the exact guaranteed value and test basis in your offer. The final acceptance limit will be agreed in the contract.
What your FOB quotation should include
Please provide your most competitive FOB price per metric ton for each product, stating the currency and named loading port. Include country of origin, available monthly production or export capacity, specifications, relevant certifications and an estimated delivery schedule.
Identify the producer and your role as producer or direct exporter. State offer validity, packing or bulk-shipment basis, minimum shipment size and the earliest loading window. Destination and final shipment arrangements will be confirmed during negotiation.
Payment terms under consideration
The proposed payment method is an irrevocable documentary Letter of Credit (MT700) at sight, subject to bank and contract verification.
Please state whether you can consider these terms and identify any conditions in your proposal. The inquiry does not establish bank approval, credit issuance or a completed supply contract.
A proposed 12-month supply relationship
We are interested in establishing a long-term commercial relationship with qualified suppliers able to document consistent product specifications and realistic monthly capacity.
You may quote one product or both. Present the volume and delivery plan for each product separately so the proposal can be reviewed against the requested 20,000 MT per month per product.

Is 40,000 MT the quantity for each product?
No. The total monthly requirement is 40,000 MT: 20,000 MT of yellow soybeans plus 20,000 MT of soybean meal.
Can we offer only soybeans or only soybean meal?
Yes. Submit your specification, available monthly volume and FOB quotation for the product you can supply. Each proposal is subject to review.
Are the contract and payment terms final?
The proposed contract duration is 12 months, subject to successful negotiation. An irrevocable documentary Letter of Credit (MT700) at sight is under consideration, subject to bank and contract verification.
