Corn Flour: coordinated sourcing for qualified buyers
XTO GROUP INC does not mill, own or stock corn flour. XTO takes a defined milling and packaging specification, reviews potential suppliers against that requirement, and coordinates documentation, logistics and payment structure around the agreed commercial terms. Precooked, white, yellow and fortified variants are treated as distinct requirements.
Buyer requirements
- Registered commercial entity able to provide trade and bank references.
- Defined milling specification, granulation and packaging format.
- Programme volume rather than a single indicative enquiry, where a recurring supply is intended.
- Food-safety and labelling requirements applicable in the destination market.
- Acceptance of documented Incoterms and a bank-verified payment structure.
Commercial information required to review a requirement
- Specification
- White or yellow corn, precooked or raw milling, granulation, moisture, protein, ash, shelf life and fortification requirements.
- Packaging
- Retail units (for example 1 kg) with carton configuration, or 25 kg industrial bags, including label language and artwork responsibility.
- Quantity
- Trial container volume and monthly programme volume.
- Origin
- Acceptable milling origins and any origin restrictions.
- Destination
- Discharge port or delivery point and the responsible customs broker.
- Timing
- Required first shipment window and subsequent shipment cadence.
- Incoterm
- FOB, CFR, CIF or DAP as required.
- Payment terms
- Proposed instrument and issuing bank for a documented, bank-verified payment structure.
Documentation and logistics
XTO coordinates commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, health or free-sale certification, quality analysis and label documentation as the destination market requires, and coordinates booking and shipment scheduling with the service providers appointed by the parties. XTO does not operate transport or storage assets.
