Preparing the commercial package for external financial review
XTO GROUP INC connects qualified buyers with banks and financial institutions that independently evaluate trade finance requests. We do not lend money, do not approve credit and do not guarantee any financing outcome. Our role is to coordinate the information and documentation the external institution needs to assess the transaction.
Information typically reviewed
- Documentary letter of credit, documentary collection or other bank-verified payment structure.
- Issuing bank, confirming bank (if any) and preferred tenor.
- Draft document set for the external bank to review against the commercial contract.
- Buyer and supplier financial/credit information, only when expressly requested by the evaluating institution.
- Transaction timeline, shipment schedule and milestones that tie financing to performance.
External partners decide
- All credit decisions, approvals and terms are made independently by the external bank or financial institution.
- XTO GROUP INC does not lend money, does not approve credit and does not guarantee that any financing request will be approved.
- Fees, interest, collateral and conditions are defined solely by the external provider.
- XTO's role is limited to coordination: introducing the parties, aligning documentation and helping structure the commercial information the institution requests.
