Trade compliance before commercial commitment

Before quoting or committing supply, review applicable trade sanctions and export controls, including OFAC and BIS requirements where relevant, the parties involved, destination, end user and end use, any required licenses, bank authorization and other import/export requirements. A general license must not be presumed to authorize a transaction: its scope, conditions and current applicability require case-by-case review with qualified advisers and the participating bank. An RFQ does not constitute clearance or a supply commitment.

Buyer questions

Are the two cable sizes interchangeable?

No. 535 MCM and 4/0 AWG are separate references. Electrical engineering must approve the size, model and installation requirements; an equivalent is not automatically accepted.

Does the page confirm USA origin or available inventory?

No. USA manufacture is a requirement to verify with the certificate of origin and supporting documents. Availability and current commercial terms require confirmation.
